Step 6 done, finally. This took a while!

 

Screwed up a day before step 7 completion. Dark clouds had been gathering for some time before the reset. It's never out of the blue.

This looks like an interesting challenge. I will start here. My firsts challenge is one day. Day one. I am so tired of porn. I am tired of wasting time and energy on it. I am tired of how I feel afterwards. I have an old record from when I was on this site before, and I will let you know when I get there. For now, it's Day One.

Step 7: complete.

In the next 8 days I'd like to disconnect from the public affairs. It seems like the world is falling apart... But there's nothing I can do about it. Worrying about it is just a waste of time and mental capacity. I already sabotaged myself enough. Time for a reorientation.
