GAMING, RESPOND AS IF IT WAS YOUR OWN

Hello i'm Forward Path, I keep experiencing this and just want to know if anyone else experienced this I don't play video games anymore barley but when I do I feel a weird sensation in my pp when I do like a sensation inside I don't know what it is but it does not just happen on video games, It happen to me in an argument like when ever you are shocker or scared or surprised I don't know why is this happening please let me know because I just want to know what is this.
