Yo.. If any of yall is reading this. Congrats. Yu are an amazing person. Please do yourself a favor..... en detach yourself from smart phones! by & when I say.. downgrading from a smart phone to a basic flip phone has change my life! I feel much much more happiness & abundance. After being a PMO addict for nearly two decades I concur I'm finally done with that lame ass shit. Fuck social media/dating apps Y'all can keep that artificial garbage. I'd rather do things the old traditional way. Porn in itself is posion, add the phone addiction makes it even worse! The shit is a demonic gateway portal that whats yu to be forever stuck in a box that you cannot get out of.

Being on them smartphones take you away from being in present moment. What the fuck is so important on a fucking app? Like if ya'll would pay more attention on road instead of texting or being on tik tok it would prevent alot of bad things from happening!! Thee BIGGEST reason(not the main)why folk fall victim to PMO addiction is because of smart phone being one of the most accessible. Back when I was coming up we didn't have a phone in our hands 24 seven. Back then you had to buy the DVDs or Magazines that's it . We had computers but the internet didn't really take off until the early/ mid '00s

Smart phones took this shit to ugh WHOLE new level. All of them sites which I'm not going to name if you'd have common sense you know what Im talking about can deep throat a hairy dill pickle. Whoever keeps the porn/sex traffic industry running can go to hell . It has destroyed soo many young men n women lives. It robbed me for most of my youth and early aldut hood.Um yeah not anymore . Im taking back my life and i hope whoever is reading does the same!

Internet itself was made to provide xxx to the youngest acroos the world , that is the main reason internet is abundant and available .Forums like this are acceptable because the damages of xxx are way over the board.Recently I am watching more videos about ''embrace masculiny" and it gives me the feelings of hope in the war for my soul also I came acroos that all women I was interested with were the from the bottom, the ones that make the men worse, the real woman will bring her husband,boyfriend up but the shit ones will lug you to the precipice.There is litteraly no difference between demon and woman that is precisely making someone horny or maybe they are the same who knows.They got something common phone,computer I know that when I get less dopamine thing from first or latter I have not desire to even think about dirty stuff.
