Got into sissy stuff from several months watching femdom and I need help

[Excuse my english]

I started using nofap like a month and a half. First wekk was good and then I couldn't resist PMO for 2 days. Right now I had a great week without porn and I started chatting with a girl from my elementary school. I felt great. That week I also met girls from grammar school that were helping at our school with video/school newspaper. One of them reached out to me and started chatting with me (I am on IT school so we don't have many girls) and it really made my day. Sadly I don't know her name because I was late for my class.
Then the weekend came and I relapsed again to that nasty stuff. And my interests for both those girls are instantly gone. I just don't know what to do.

My activities: I started swimming after long break and it is really refreshing. I also work on mobile game with my friends from the class so that's some time killer as well.

My question is: What in addition will help me succeed? Do you recommend meditation, workouts ect.?

You can quit this addiction my man. This is just a really strong type of drug. It will take a little bit longer than 90 days to permanently get rid of it, and when you do you will no longer find that nasty stuff satisfying. You will be back to normal and get turned on by normal things in the real life. Just remember, that shit is just pixels on a screen that will not benefit you in any way. I believe in you man!

Sorry, stopping masturbating will not stop you getting turned on by it. You can only get rid of it with serotonin neurotransmission.

I respectfully disagree. You have to start changing your mind about this kind of porn first and how it's affecting your lifestyle and health. Focusing on whatever NoFap challenge you set yourself out on with gazelle-like intensity will get you where you need to go. You have to take baby steps and build willpower to beat this addiction and fetish. Then go and rip the band-aid of PMO off quick. I don't think much about sissy porn anymore (the only time of day I do is when helping others on NoFap) and it used to be the primary source of my PMO cycle for the better part of a decade. It just took me 30 days or so to get over it, however it may vary for you. Religion helped me, as did moderate exercise and yoga, sharing your no PMO experience with trusted family members and friends will help you too.

If you don't like what I say that's fine. You cannot stop getting turned on by it just from stopping masturbating. (See the link above)

To clarify, I only disagree with what you have to say, but I do see that you're trying to help people with sissy porn addiction. That's great. With that said, your article is from 1996 and the website doesn't seem credible in any shape, form, or fashion.

You must tell people to consult their doctors or a medical professional before they go about attempting to alter their brain chemistry. To not do so is irresponsible and dangerous.

@TheSinnerman You can stop getting turned on by sissy porn when you (1) stop watching it, (2) break the habits involved with PMO (you'll know what those are), and (3) put your focus on other things. It'll take time and the process will be painful, you may even relapse every now and again, but you can get there. There is plenty of information on NoFap that will help you do so.

I've said in my thread I'm not a doctor. Unfortunately they only prescribe SSRIs if the fetish is asphyxiation or anything life threatening. That article is valid, the research backs what it says.

It's clear that you are not a doctor, but you should encourage people to speak to one first when posting about changing/altering one's serotonin levels or brain chemistry. The original poster on this thread is a kid who simply needs to change his PMO habits to get out of his situation. If you think a poorly sourced article from a medical blog written by an unverified medical professional in 1996 is still valid, can't help you there.

I'm not going to continue having this discussion. Check before you to state on a public forum that someone you know nothing of is an "unverified" medical professional. This fetish is easy to cure and there are men that are being ruined because of sissy porn and findom. And no doctor would agree that you should stop masturbating for ridiculous lengths of time.

Thanks to all of you guys. You're helping me a lot. Today I told my close friend from school (who would never judge me about this kind of stuff) and I was reliefed that he tried to support me. I am so glad I did that.

And please don't have this argument between you two. Both of you are trying to help people with this problem and that's what matters. You may have different advices but those are based on your experiences and on what helped you.
Onece more thanks to everyone who's trying to help not just me but others.
