Having sex/hooking up during nofap or flatline

Hey Everyone!

Came across this site after a rough breakup last summer, when I went on a few dates and couldn’t get very hard during sex once. I’m currently on day 8 of my 90 day NORMAL mode challenge. I fully expect to still have regular intercourse with women, but am completely committing to no P or M, but still will O with a woman.

My question for those who are experienced is: what is sex like during nofap (if you are not on hard mode) and what are your experiences with sex with a woman if you suspect you are in a flatline?

Reason I ask is that I have a second date in 5 days with a girl I hooked up with last weekend. I have always had a little bit of a whiskey-dick issue after 3-4 (or more) drinks of alcohol, and during our sex last weekend, I was able to get hard, but it took a lot longer than I wanted it to.

I’m hoping to pickup things where I left off with this girl (who I really am in to), and potentially have sex again on our second date, if I’m lucky.

What’s everyone’s experience with sex during normal mode nofap? How about during a perceived flatline? I have read mixed reviews.

Also, I know hard mode is the best way to reboot, but I love dating women and that means sex is sometime on the table during/after dates.
