Hello everyone,

Im in the 2nd Week of nofap, i was a huge PMOer for years, the withdrawals in the 2nd week are insane, strong headache and high blood pressure, brain fog after Training and no ability to concentrate.

Did anyone else experienced the same symptoms after starting nofap?

Thank you.

I had these plus anxiety, panic attacks, depression, crying spells, insomnia for several months after quitting PMO. My mental health was so bad, I just kept running to psychotherapists and online blogs. But at the end, only semen retention and NoFap helped me. Rest all - meditation, exercise etc come much later. Without semen retention nothing worked

Only time will improve the situation. I didn't take any supplements. You have to face these symptoms to get over them. They are very nasty but there is no other way

I see posts like this here a lot. it's natural to be scared, but I think all too often people are looking the explanation that will somehow justify the continued PMO addiction. There is no justification - there is a life of slavery and financial ruin and health problems, or a life of sobriety, and improved relationships with others.

The only way out is through. The withdrawals fuckin suck, especially if its your first time trying nofap. Youre gonna feel bad doing cocaine for a decade and then someone takes away your stash. Youve been brutalizing your body with the addiction, so yeah, it's gonna be a little rough. BUT it will pass.

Remember: It. Will. Pass. And your life will improve enormously after! Check out nofap videos online, theres lots of great ones to motivate you. I recommend Ice Cold JT.

I'm a year and a half in and still feeling these things. You're not alone.

As far as Masturbating, yes. Watching Porn no. But even if I orgasm having normal sex is still affects my brain. I have not watched Porn since October of 22 and only Masturbated once this year.
From my experience- for a complete recovery it is not just quitting porn. That is a small part of equation. Maaturbation and semen loss (sex or any other way) are equally deleterious on nervous system. It won't take 1.5 years If u quit P M and O completely. 8 months is enough with semen retention to improve atleast 80%. Atleast this is what I learnt in my journey since I started in 2017 and relapsed multiple times

Did you experienced any health issues because of pmo?

Yes yes obviously. Constipation, tiredness, low motivation, wet dreams, objectifying women, anxiety, anger issues, eye floaters and poor vision, lack of beard growth etc

Did you noticed any blood pressure or heart rate issues who disappeared thanks to Nofap?

I'm on my 3rd day and... I've had a soft headache all day long. Not too anoying but as it's not going away it's starting to be more disturbing. I was wondering if it was because of Nofap.
Dizziness and anxiety are also there, just mild, but also because I'm on holidays, so it's been kind of easy just to stay occupied with different tasks, nothing stressing.
I never thought this would make me dizzy, but actually I've been kind of dizzy these last 2 days.
Hold on...
