(First of all, take in consideration that I don't usually speak in english, so excuse my english please.)
Hello, for some months I've known about this site, and I've always thought that this is a brilliant idea for people who are determinated to solve their problems. Until today, I didn't consider myself as one of these people because I didn't think I had a problem. Now I'm not that sure. This year I started living in a student residence in a single room, so I have plenty of opportunities for PMO. I never had a big problem with this, but latley I've noticed that I can't focus on my univeristy homework without doing it before.
This is the reason that brought me here.
I've read that to do sport, to empty your bladder often and to stricktly reduce watching pornographic material (logical) are a very good habits to reduce PMO. But I feel like what will truly make me reach success would be a challenge.
For that reason I've decided not to PMO till New Year's day (27 days left). If I reach that goal, I will continue from there.
To anyone who is interested in joining me in this challenge, feel welcome!
