How do I erase a specific Porn video from my brain?

I’ve seen a singular porn video 3-4 times and it is causing me to worry. I don’t know how to “let go” of this video and erase it from my brain. Any tips?

Time, man. Time. You are going to have that video come up how ever often it needs to. That and other pictures and videos, and fantasies, and urges to go dive back in, or sudden impulses to oggle women in ways you may have never before. To all of these things, the only remedy is to reorganize your life so that you A) aren't using anymore, and B) are limiting any and all triggering media and situations to as little as humanly possible. If you can do that, it's all just a matter of working through all of moments that your mind's gears start spinning over porn, staying on the path, and letting your mind slowly let go of that dopamine blast that it used to get. It takes time, but it will always happen eventually.

EXACTLY!! Time will heal it, but you clearly have to stay away from it. Avoid that stuff ant it will fade over time.

As soon as it comes into your mind, you have 5 seconds to pivot to something else.
It is your mind trying to trick you into giving it a dopamine flood.
As soon as it triggers you, get up, move to a different place, do something completely different to what you were doing when the thought came into your head.
Again, IMMEDIATELY change what you were doing.
Get a cup of coffee, go for a walk, play with the dog, chase a cat, just do something completely different.
Eventually, your brain will accept this is not going to give it what it wants and will forget it.

    Cheers for now.

Thanks. I guess the reboot in general kind of covers this. There’s really been a part of my brain trying to convince me that “finishing” to the video again would remove the need for it, but that probably won’t happen.

The thing that bothers me most about the video is the fact that porn as a whole disgusts me but this specific video makes me forget that. It makes me love porn for a split second, and I know that kind of “love” is the absolute worst possible.

Meditate, go on a walk, do some breathing techniques, socialize, read a book

Agreed with other posters. It's just a matter of time. You'll forget it without even realizing it. Then one day randomly something will remind you of this thing you used to know, and you'll realize you've forgotten and even *trying* to remember doesn't work.
