yeah, it's normal. since you aren't using it it gets smaller. but don't worry once you have sex a few times it goes back to normal size.

don't test it via measuring since it needs to be erect and it can be considered/can lead to edging. just pay no attention to it, only time you should touch it while on nofap is to pee and to wash it.

I experienced the "shrinkage" for about the first twenty days or so of no PMO. However, ever since then my dick has gotten bigger, but it's probably just returning to what it was before my year-long edging rampage. It seems longer, fuller, and just healthier. Same with my balls; bigger, fuller, healthier.

 

Why does PMOing shrivel up the penis?
