90 days for a full reset minimum. But after that, it's up to you and your own goals as to hire much P, M, and O you are going to allow yourself.

Well if I want to recover mentally and physically (partially), then is it possible to recover within two or three weeks?

Dopamine receptors take 2 weeks to revert back to normal size after each orgasm. However, if you were to orgasm again during those 2 weeks it'd take longer.

There's a video by - Black white Guy in America called "habit and harmony in sexual relationships" its 50 mins long but has brilliant information.

What do you want to achieve? What problems do you have?

The thing about nofap is that no one has exactly the same goals. Some want to cut it completely, some want to reduce. So what you want from this will determine how long you need to do this.

Since its been two days since I last PMOe'd, I am suffering from severe dumbness or lack of concentration, energy, spirit and most importantly lack of enthusiasm. I had those (sort of) before I last masturbated but now its effecting me again. For me nofap is a return to my previous glorious life, having taken care of everything including K9 on my laptop and cell-phone, I am trying to get rid of PMO once and for all.

Bro you are currently in the flatline, but it will pass within a few days. You will have so much energy that you won't know what to do with it once you reboot

k9 is a great add-on for your computer, it has helped me a lot! Did you use k9 before you relapsed? If not, it's gonna be easier this time. But don't forget to stay motivated and focused on your goals, you're doing this for a very good purpose.

Yeah but I guess it takes some time like two or three weeks, that is why I posted this thread to confirm any doubts that I had!

I did but I found some proxies on google (though I clicked proxy avoidance in K9 but it were mirror links to torrents sites and whatnot) and after I relapsed I added the links of every possible proxy in website avoidance list, to top it all off I also installed data recovery software to recover deleted videos but I didn't have $60 to pay for its full version so that is me in the avatar pic finding out that no more porn for me anymore Ha Ha

Maybe someone could share the kind of signs that would show recovery after 90 days? I am on 51 days streak and it feels good but sometimes I feel bored but I just try to focus on work and friends.

Yeah flat line, my first few days I was listening to a pitch perfect song and there was a rush of something in my head and it brought tears to my eyes.

What if you're doing this to have better sex like I am? I mean I've got a girlfriend and lucky she's on her period right now so I cant have sex for awhile which helps. Im trying to get over ED and DE and I thought rewiring with my girlfriend would help. I thought as long as I'm not PMOing I would be good. I'm like that Gabe Deem guy in the sense that I can't even MO to touch or thoughts. I need a visual, real or pixels to get an erection. That doesn't bother me because it helps that I can't just MO all the time.

  15. Can you share the link

  16. 90 days ain't shit if you've been pmo'ing each day for like a decade. In case of severe nervous system dysregulation (actual dependency), a recovery time frame of 1-2 years is the most optimistic scenario. It can take at least one year for the brain to recover to a somewhat normal state of equilibrium in the case of very severe pmo addiction. Of course this all depends on how long you've been addicted, and to what extent. Someone who's completely desensitized, likes edging and has developed fetishes is going to have a slower and more difficult recovery than someone who masturbates once a week and gets it over with in 5 minutes.
