Nobody here is past 20 days, that was an arrogant post, not backed up with substance. The poster has 2 day. Those things he spoke about are not necessarily valuable and not what really matters. But what do I know, I am a retarded porn addict who has been trying to quit for 10 months and cannot stop. I am most definitely that loser he described, I am definitely not saying otherwise. However, there is no point in this post if u r just gonna go ten days and relapse. it seems like no one has the answer to this addiction. I started in this world of PMO extremely young. How can you not, with the environment and society we live in. I often get thoughts that I may never be able to stop, because I just started too young and have been in it for too long.
 
That is probably true, because all people who stopped this addiction for good (like 7 year streak, I am not talking about 90 days bro!!) started PMO late (like past teens or in 20s), and were not in it for too long (less than a decade). I wish I was taught all of this info when I was a kid, and aware of PMOs dangers and addictiveness.

So I want to say that my highest streak is of 130-140 days ,don't really remember it cause I didn't used nofap at that time , so this was my Observation and motivation to you all, yes I am on nofap for only 2 days right now , but I do have experienced nofap for quite a long time .
So stay positive mate , you don't know what other people are going through and stop making assumptions cause you just aw something posted .

Man, I just relapsed, and I cannot get up right now. Can I ask you a question to learn from you though? How long have you been trying to quit? When did you get into it PMO? What caused you to relapse after 140 days?

By the way I did not make assumptions, it is just the fact, we are all trying but failing. All that motivation in fact just hurts me, because it makes me think of how stupid I am going to feel after saying or even thinking such motivational things and then failing, yet again. Are we trying to stop something impossible? Even people that go for really long fail. Is it too much to dream to never do this again? Like is it ok to relapse once in a while? Like is it stupid to try to quit forever, should we all just be fine with relapsing every so often? Man, it hurts me that I want to stop watching other people have sex, or looking at pictures of women, and jerking off to it, but cant. Like it hurts so much, that I actually cannot stop this.

I have been trying to quit it like from past 1-2 years
Since the pandemic hit and we were locked in our rooms my addiction got multiplied ( I had a small addiction before like once in 2-3 days) , I used to masturbate daily and sometimes 2-3 a day , then last year in September or October I got on nofap since I was really addicted to it and wanted to quit and needed help , I messaged some people who were successful in doing nofap and learned a thing or 2 from them. But I saw myself relapsing after 2-3 day and this cycle continued , and I forgot what is nofap and almost forgot that I had actually an account here and masturbated everyday . But in 2021 I was quite busy in studying , attending weddings and going here and there on vacations that I almost forgot I have a dick ( of course I peed and washed it but not sexually aroused ) . After 12-14 days later I remembered I haven't masturbated or watched porn , So I thought if I forgot it so easily , this shit can't be an addiction this shit is an habit , which we develop to please our self in the times of loneliness or when we aren't really doing anything or even when you have a lot of time to think about it . Addiction is like , your nerves call you whenever you are not doing it , let me give an example : I have some friends who smoke cigarette since they were like 8-9 yr olds and they still do after 12-13 years and what I have seen in them is that they get sweat on their face , their hands shake , they say they can't take a shit without cigg , they can't live without it , even if they haven't smoked for 4hrs!!but PMO is really not like that ,is it? So it's not really an addiction but an habit , you just need to make yourself busy , no time to think about it ( but if you are on nofap.com it will constantly make you think about it , so you have to build a great mindset)

Buddy just be busy and start with small targets like : first do it for 3 days and then do it for 7 days then increase it day by day , you can even relapse on those days but then you have to stay clean till next target , for example
If you target for 3 days , then stop doing PMO for 3 days and then relapse , then go onto 7 days and then relapse and then go on to 10 days and relapse , this is an easy way for your solution and it would surely help you mate.

I thought about what you said really hard just now my brother. And I wrote a huge reply with nine points why i want to quit. But I was hesitant about posting it to public. But I did define now. We will see if it helps.
