I am sick of porn and masturbation(although it feels good)

    I am a simple Indian Guy , I started watching porn at the age of 15 and had my first ejaculation on 17th April 2011 (when I was 15). From then onwards I was hooked to watch porn. Feeling Bored? Watch Porn and Jerk Off!
    Finished Studying? Watch Porn and Jerk Off!
    Late Night? Watch Porn and Jerk Off!

    The highest number of days I was able to hold on my masturbation was 28 when I was giving my X grade Examination. From then I can only control upto 7 days max. I just can't control it!! It seems my brain tells my hand to hold my penis and start stroking it!!
    I don't know what to do!! Please help me someone!

    I am lonely and I don't have a girlfriend and I will never because I am ugly and I cant mix with people , you see I have stammering problem! Girls laugh when I speak so FUCK MY LIFE!

    Welcome to the site!

    28 days is already a respectable number. Before NoFap, 10 days or so was the longest I ever went after discovering masturbation (and ignoring the few times when I had good regular sex). When I came here I suddenly did 240 days; the support this site gives you can help you immensely and you might find yourself abstaining for longer than you ever thought was possible. I hope it will have a positive effect on your endeavors, too.

    Sorry to hear that. But a brighter future lies ahead when you are ready to work for it. I am sure there is some sort of therapy offer for stammering (even if it's just online or a book). Did you ever actively work on improving your speaking skills?
