I don’t know if it’s flatline but get me out of there!

    Hi guys !
    I’m 3 weeks and a a half free from PMO now.
    Saw the benefits for the first week, but now I feel so lazy and tired... I could sleep all the time. The only thing is that I’m self employed, and I’m still a student at university but by correspondance. And I do some volunteering but it’s the same here I choose when to do it.
    So all the things in my life depends on my motivation to do things... and currently I can’t do anything except watching Netflix or YouTube.
    I have exams in two weeks, and I can’t motivate myself to study...
    On the other hand, I don’t feel the no libido thing, I have morning woods, and I still have urges.
    I’d like to work out and eat healthy but even that is difficult.
    Do you have any advice?

    Does this mean there’s nothing I can do? I can’t believe that it will go just by remaining passive...

    Week 3 of abstinence has always been the time when shit hits the fan for me too. There is only one advise I can give you except of the usual one (7-9H sleep, healthy eating, daily aerobic exercise) and that's to just hold on. First 3-4 months are the worst, but it gets better every day even if you can't notice it.

    Thank you very much, I’ll try to exercice 3 or 4 times a week from now.
    I’d like to go an entire week sugar free which is really difficult.
    Can’t wait for those withdrawals symptoms to stop !
