I just can’t stop....

Only been a few days since I come back on here to reboot , but just can’t take control was maybe a day before I relapsed then the binge started . In one weird sense I like it , well obviously to much !! The worst part is I’m thinking about pmo all the time and rather do that than anything . The physical side of my relationship with my partner has gone pretty much ,for many reasons but got to the point that just need to pmo don’t want a relationship rather sit at my laptop on the tube sites . Feel like I should accept that this me an always will be
