    Hi guys.I'm Luca and i'm trying to stop masturabating.Since i am a christian it is considered a sin and at the same time it is making me feel miserable.I've been trying for a long time and i reached the point where i can stay 5-6 days without it.Help.

    Welcome to nofap! With effort and prayer and determination, you can overcome PMO. As a fellow Christian, I know how horrible it feels to fall into the sin of pornography, but it is something we can overcome.
