It is said that you need 21 days of a good habit to do away with a bad habit and I managed. I'm on my 4th week as a fapstronaut and I must say I'm proud of myself. But there's a downside and here's what happened - I viewed porn once during the 4 week period 2 videos to be exact about 8mins length and I didn't complete non of them. Before I went to bed I thought to myself what's new (knowing damn well it's the same old shh) but I decided to go ahead with it while searching for the 'best' material I paused for a minute seeing all these videos on my screen and I thought to myself "is this what I used to do? Is this who I really was? Getting turned on by such disgusting material" guys I'll be bold with you and not beat about the bush - porn is disgusting. It's not what sex really is and apart from that it's not about two partners getting intimate it's about the man getting his needs satisfied. I don't blame our wives/girlfriends being mad at us when they catch us viewing such it's just too graphic. Another thing I want to note is: why the hell am getting excited seeing someone else get laid? In all my life never have I snuck up to catch people face to face having sex so why do it on pixels? I've really outgrown the habit and I'm grateful that I did. I now sleep soundly not worried about who's using my laptop while I'm asleep, paranoid about not closing my incognito Mode before I sleep. I hope this motivates most and also I'm more confident with women something I always had but for some reason resorting to porn was simpler.
