well first off, getting a boner in public is pretty rare for most men, cause we are all just going about our business, and if it does happen it would not just get hard in one second we would feel it and from childhood learned how to hide it the best way possible cause its embarrassing to us, even though its a natural process we still don't want people to notice this. If it does happen that someone sees whats going on, its got to be real rare situations where we have no where to sit or we have to stand up and everyone is looking at us. Or the person is just really bad at hiding it.

It is not sexual harassment, it only becomes that if we talk to people asking em to look at it or insinuate something to em.
