    Hey all

Keep getting a 3-5 day streak. Is this timeline typical?

Day 1 - Feel regret, shame, misery etc. - But also optimism and belief i can do it this time.

Day 2 - Fighting chaser effect but feeling focused and less shame

Day 3 - Urges start, loss of perspective, end goal seems less important, happier in general, constant urge to fantasize or have P flasbacks

Day 4 - Much the same as Day 3 etc

Is this pretty normal? Does it get easier? I find it so hard to get past the urges on day 3 especially if I think about P. My record is 7 days and I'm sure there were less urges. If i think about P it leads to edging which is game over. :(

Yeah those are normal, and when you get the thoughts try and ignore it or just avoid what triggers you. You just have to stay busy even though we're quarantined play games or whatever u want to do. Good luck

Thanks man. Yeah in the day I'm usually OK those thoughts come and I immediately stop them. Its almost like a game i'm playing with my mind. After about 20 mins my brain gives in and I feel better for it. The problem is my weakness is in bed at night around the day 3 mark. :(

Yeah I feel you I used to get really bad urges around bed time seriously those were unavoidable but now things got better for me as those things now just make me laugh. Just keep going break you're 3 day mark and you'll feel more motivated to get further.
