Is video chat with my girlfriend is Relapse ?

Hi all,
I'm on the second month of my PIED reboot,
last night, I had a video chat with my partner.

I'm wondering do the following are considered Relapses??
- Video chat with my partner (cam to cam) ?
- Talking about sex via video chatting ?
- Seeing my partner nude via video chat (cam to cam) (we were just talking some dirty and then she showed me her boobs, does this count as a relapse?)

It's not good for your recovery, especially if you suffer from PIED.

Your brain doesn't care that it's your GF, you're still conditioning yourself to get aroused by a woman on a screen.

Of course you can speak face to face or camera to camera with your girlfriend! It's just that, like others said, sexual stuff harms your reboot process.

Why aren't you married tho?
