Hello Guys (or Fapstronauts as you people say!!)

So I am finally here after dwelling over this site for almost two years but never took it seriously! may be because I could never link whats wrong happening with my life to PMO addiction.
I always knew that there is something wrong with my life or perhaps me. But I never realized that PMO might be the core of it.When first time I masturbated to porn it felt really great as if I have tapped the mysterious source of happiness within me.These frequent dosage of porn became a regular thing and before I could realized, I was trapped in a prison of lust and self pleasure.I even got scientific validation from doctors and sex experts-" Ohhh!! It's just normal,masturbation actually releases stress and help to relieve depression ".Whenever I would fire a browser : Porn would be first thing come to my mind.Sometimes I would open laptop to find study material but instead search all nasty stuff.As if porn and masturbation became the only thing I would enjoy doing.
So this is happening for last 7 years and ohh God!!! I cant even remember how much time I have wasted.The same time could have been used for learning new skills,making new friends or being a better human being.All the time I have been on PMO, I have felt physically weak,mentally drained,depressed and sometimes as if I am not even alive(How bad it can get!!).
I know, I have wasted a lot of time and energy over this shit but believe me guys this is not worth.I have tried to follow Nofap previously and longest streak I could achieved was of 30 days.But I hope this time I will get pass 90 days and will be able to get my life on track.Peace!!!
