Male - 30, Kicking the habit

I've had a struggle with porn since high school, and I've had various strings of success through the years, but I have always relapsed. But, frankly, I'm just tired of going through that cycle again and again.

I'm a 30yo single male, a pastor, and about to enter into a committed relationship. I've gradually been working on my PMO struggles over the lat few years with the help of software (Accountable2You), and an accountability partner. However, i think it's high time I took this fight to the next level.

My soon-to-be partner also wrestles with this, and we both want to see PMO disappear from our lives. Also, as a pastor, I've wrestled with a ton of guilt and shame with this and feel a strong personal responsibility to emulate a holy lifestyle in this area.
