I meditated for 5 min today and I feel good about my self.

I definitely felt better this morning after meditating.
Feedback of someone who is meditating regularly for I think over a half year:
The best benifit for me is that meditation teaches you to forget all about your last and focus on what you are doing next. When I breathe out I feel like all the heavy wheight on my shoulders is falling off and when I breathe in I fill up my tank with positing energy that helps to feel good and be happy for what you got!
