Meditated with headspace today (thanks StephanD)

Day 60 of 60 today . Half hour morning done , just have to do half hour evening and that is sixty days straight .#IAMAWARRIOR

Too right brother . I done half hour morning meditation and a half hour evening . It has really improved my quality of life , in ways I find hard to put into words . But what's the alternative , spend that hour on netflix or watching porn , plus medatation builds willpower which is handy for other challenges . Do it bro

Missed mediation today.....
Really need to fix my schedule...
It's okay man, one missed day is not a big deal, but make sure it doesn't happen too often.
Today I meditated for 20 minutes (my usual routine, but I've been off for a few days). Because I have been off it wasn't great, but I have experienced great focus before and I know it can come back.
I am in.
I've been doing it for a few days now but I will count this day as Day 1. 10 minutes done today, I will increase slowly, hopefully, to get at 30 minutes per day.
Finished my Take 15 Day 12 today. I was distracted a lot today, couldn't focus on my breathing as much as I wanted. But yesterday was a great session, I've felt so relaxed.
No one posted yesterday so I completely forgot about this thread. I meditated yesterday too, for 10 minutes. I am not planning to increase jet, first I want to be sure that I will do it every day. Of course I am planning to do it later today.
So, yesterday was Day 2.
