Meditation is better than sex

Were you having all this sex with a woman you love or escorts/random white night stands? Because sex and making love are two entirely different things.

For me nothing feels better than sex with my girlfriend, because it’s love.

 

Lost me virginity to 4 hookers. in the end, it was not worth it, the high.

Good meditation also gives me a high, but sex with love I never had so I cant comment on that.

For now, father 4 years wit no women and sex, I do think mediation is better than sex, because I don't know any better

 

In yogic culture , they believe that pleasure from sex is nothing compared to pleasure from meditation. This is what I have heard might be true.

 

Yes meditation is best , it help me a lot to improve myself .

I was the worst than ever when I was thinking only about girls and all those sex stuff but when I realized that I'm losing myself then I started meditating regularly .

I started from 5 minutes and 6 times in day and now I now 30 minutes two times in a day .


It help to know yourself better than anyone .

True. In Taoism culture, meditation is the key to break you free from the restriction in material world. I have been doing this for a month, with regular exercise and early sleep, I cannot be more energetic than ever.
