MEMORY PROBLEM ANYONE????

I don't have any advise on diet, sleep etc but i found that mathematics generally have good effects on memory.
It doesn't really have to be solving differential equations stuff. It can be summing up the prices of goods which you buy from store or solving Sudoku...just do whatever you can to keep your brain sharp and active.
