MY current goals

    Hey folks... i thought this can help me to be more determinated to the thing so here are my current short time goals:

    1- 7 days
    2- 10 days
    3- 14 days
    4- 21 days
    5- 30 days

    Of course, all in hardmode... yes, i've made 1st-3rd already back in time... but i feel like i need this stimuli. Like... its been quite long since i was close to 2 weeks clean. So i think its the time to set lil goals and go for them.
    So lets start with a week free of PMO.

    Here is my lil strategy... i realised situations that makes me relapse most of time.

    1- if im home alone and horny. Well, dont turn my internet device on. Never turn on my PC, just do anything else... this worked in past.

    2- no edging... never touch it for fun.

    3- dirty thoughts. Kick em off and focus on something else. Anything... just stand up and go to other room, or outside, or just do anything else... never stay on computer if im horny and have porn or similar dirthy things on mind.

    4- dont click on anything that can possibly trigger me. If i get into triggering situation, break away instantly
