My ex porn

    What´s up friends, I'm 9 days away to have my second month without PM and i feel great, but... my ex's porn videos call me.

    Let me explain a little my case. When I started this challenge, I realized that I was only with my ex because of a sexual codependency that I had towards her, after a month of seeing her cut off, I started dating a girl that I began to like for how she was.

    Everything was going super well with her, until one day cleaning my cell phone I found some videos that I had saved, videos of my ex touching and things like that, I have no problems with porn, in fact I no longer want to open any porn page, but watching those videos made me want to be with my ex again just to have sex with her, It's like a huge feeling of jerking off again watching those videos, I've been thinking maybe it's how long I last with her, the fact that my brain associates sex with my ex, and I really don't want to destroy my process.


    How could I stop having this feeling for her?

    Do you think it was too early to start dating someone?

    P is sneaky. It makes you think that you just want to watch videos of your ex and have sex with her, but it's almost certain that you would not be satisfied by this. You would most likely quickly go back to your favorite P catagories. It always finds the cracks in your defense.
