My first day with u guys any advice ?

    Hey guys it's the first day that I enjoy the NoFap and I really wish that this going to help me because I I can't do this anymore I am getting a series dysfunction problem and I'm still young and I'm feel ashamed about it and anyone can help me please reply

    Hey, welcome to the forum. Well, it will be better you post in New To Nofap Section. There, more people can welcome you. You can make a journal, you can post on your profile, try to be active as much as you can. I recommend you reading the Success Stories Section, the advice some people give thete helps a lot.
