My Goals for the rest of March

Hello everyone. These first few days of March have not been the best. So I want to set some of my personal goals for the rest of March.

1. I want to not look at porn/masturbate for the rest of March.

2. I want to run at least 4 times a week.

3. I want to cut down on my swearing habits, or even cut it out completely if possible.

4. I want to read every day of March.
