I relapsed today . I want to hit 90 days pmo and achieve some other goals. I think a thread could help me to stay strong. So what are my goals? Goal 1: 90 days PMO free Goal 2: studying atleast 2 hours a day Goal 3: minimalize social media usage Goal 4: workout atleast 4 days a week Goal 5: trying to socialize more (I'm extremely shy and have low confidence) Goal 6: trying to meditate once a day minimu added Goal 7: doing 100 push-ups daily Feel free to join. A bit more information about me. I'm now a 18 years old male. I'm on my way in making a better version from myself everyday. I was always a very shy kid with not very much friends and always very silent. My whole live I struggled with my weight which lead to bullying when I was younger. I fell in the circle of PMO at the age of 14 yrs old. It went from some times a week to every day to multiple times a day. First I wasn't aware of the issue I thought it was normal. I thought everyone from my age did it. I had some problems in my life but I would never have thought that there was a relation with that and PMO. So at the start of 2020 I discovered the nofap forum, that day I tried starting. I relapsed a few time at the start but after a while I got a pretty decent streak. I started losing weight I felt less anxious and my life started to get better. But now I'm here I'm still not very happy with how I am I still want to improve myself that's why I'm here.
