Hey Guys,

So I am 30 year old male and definitely had a problem from my early Tweens to early twenties 12-23. Would masturbate a lot to some really weird shit, but anyways at some point for some reason the wierd stuff stopped turning me on and I actually just started to want Vanilla natural looking photos and videos (weird I know). Anyways, I am now 30 and only masturbate once a week to some very soft pictures or like a soft video and actually can't stand looking at anything that is staged etc. This year in June I decided to stop masturbating to any porn and only masturbate once a week with no thoughts. Went very well for ten weeks however yesterday (for a better way of putting it), I just wanted to jerk it to some photos. I have a girlfriend of 6 years and have no trouble getting hard/staying hard. My question is do I have a problem? If I see a hot girl walking in a shopping centre it does excite me (even just looking at her legs, eyes, boobs); even just a nice set of eyes turns me on. However I feel that I might be better of not jerking it to soft stuff all together? Thoughts guys?

10 weeks of no porn is great; you don;t seem to have porn addiction which is great. Jerking off to soft material is still bad as sooner or later it will take you back to the old nasty shit. You may be addicted to masturbating though. Can you go a month or 2 with no masturbation at all?

Thanks for your response. Well I actually don't really like masturbating a whole lot most of the time... it's usually just once a week (much like I have wine/beer only on a Saturday night). Can go 7 - 9 days no worries ... usually don't come with my girl (I retain). I might try, a month at some point.
