Clarity of mind is power, no matter you get it by prioritising tasks, by making a To-Do list of your task or by choosing just one thing on a day or a week to crack and Confusion is weakness no matter one decides to complete his tasks with depression and stress or without it, If he thinks twice, confusion will remain a weakness as for being Human who can actually reflect upon the matters and norms and can decide possible course of action and mindset to adopt through his/her brain.
So decision is yours... Either go to the work with Clarity or go there with confusion (Any work).
Allah made it easy for us by addressing Tawakkal.
"توكل" (Tawakkal) can be translated to English as "reliance" or "trust in God." It is often associated with putting one's trust in a higher power and having faith in divine guidance.
But you as a Man can also think of solutions and mindsets via your wisdom and intelligence in various aspects of Life, VARIOUS!...because that is a part of Tawakkal as well G sir! Bilkul! ... thinking and reflecting upon solutions by using your brain having Tawakkal as well in one's belief is the way to live as addressed by Quran. Quran is Practical sir it is practical.
Measure of intelligence is the ability to change.

Sorry for the late reply, I was in class(evening classes). No notification shows that is issue. And Tawwab I have no clear idea at this time. I'll reflect upon it later.
But I think I should pray throughout the Ramadan and especially at night time in Tahajjud that may I get married and have a good relation afterwards. Because I have listened to people saying that life after marrying a woman is difficult and that it is either difficult to have one in our society in halal sense. What else I should ask for from Allah after all that addiction and lustful behaviour. Islam itself addressed sunnah of Nikkah If a person gets adult and I'm here even gone far from the limits. I accessed adult content! Ahhh...
I can make friends in Ramadan in Masjid when we go to Offer Taraveeh...
I'll tell you about it professionally but latter. This is my current situation. Moreover I'm surrounded by two fronts, One is the Master's Study, books are difficult and concepts demands reading from multiple books and the other is Evevning time course's exams, starting from 12th of Feb. And I study very hardly for 1hour a day...

Do you have any recommendations??...believe me unlike there, in Pakistan Ramadan brings a whole new world. Routine of 220 million people changes completely, No poor is left with misery as there is alot of Donations and food is delivered to people who need. People behave maturely. Markets are closed even before Evening like Magrib time.
And Family finds more unity. Waking up till Fajr.
I'm glad that I have a considerable control over me unlike before. الحمداللہ
Nothing else...I'm already surrounded with multiple activities to think about any longer. Fighting on all fronts.

That makes sense. I've always found Ramadan to be a difficult time, because the fasting is such a challenge and I didn't have family or social support (I'm a converted Muslim). But this year my situation is much better, and it should be much easier for me!

Getting married can either make your recovery better or worse. It all depends on what kind of girl you marry.

Tawwab...Tawwaab....Tawwaab, Marhaba marhaba...you are so lucky and great that you embraced the absolute Right. And may you get blessed with the bounty and blessings of Both the worlds. You will be awarded everlasting Jannat.

Ramadan and Fasting is never challenging for me. Rather I welcome and feel excited to do Fasting. There is nothing to feel nervous rather it is a time enjoy yourself. For me there is an organisation that helps me get engaged in Ibaadat and Religious gatherings weekly and even daily basis in Ramadan. It is also in your country. You can get attached to one.

Oops.... So currently the recovery I'm struggling with right now I believe A man should not get dependent on a woman to come in and rescue him rather one should have a control over himself by himself. Tawwab I don't wanna marry any woman unless I get recovered first. When I say about marriage it is because whenever I see woman at uni, outside, while traveling etc I feel strange feelings of like fear and confusion and Can't even talk to them properly. Whenever I think about a woman it gives me confusion. So marriage is about getting all those thoughts and confusions fixed.
But you're right what kind of woman she is, it also matters...It is even in the Hadith as I think.
But woman is a strange and controversial topic throughout my life.
I read the Tafseer and Translation of Quran Kanzul Imaan...And I can remember that there was an Ayat I can't remember the exact words but That Ayat was saying that for good men there would be good women and vice versa...
So Im struggling with myself not as I just want to improve my studies and health rather I'm here to make my habbits and morals strong so that I get married to a similar woman, if i somehow make myself a better version of me.
And I think recovery was done the day I escaped the cravings to watch porn for the first time a fortnight ago. Now it is a fight I think anyone would feel hard like social media and woman there who should have worn proper clothes but blah blah ...etc
Women are not that bad they just need a humble and generous way to deal them as what I have heard from the people around me.
By the way tell me more about what that was actually you were saying so that I get prepared for that...OK

Tawwab you may ask me anything about Ramadan. Your brother is here need nothing to worry about. I'm sad to hear that you didn't have family support but brother keep patience everything will be alright. Read Quran Translation...pray salat...find other Muslims there...Live long...do not take stress just say Allah is my Helper and I'll go through it with patience and believe.

I can live without a woman, I just pray for having one because I think If one is allowed to marry according to Shariat and constitution he should get married. Why live alone? But it is a far from today as people never get married at early Twenties here or very rarely.
My believe is "لا اله الاالله" and we will fight!!! That's life!

I don't know if the app is made this way but It gives a sense of encouragement and also easy to complete everyday challenge. Knowledge is also enhanced.
I'll advise to gi and learn a language through Duolingo. I'm learning German. I don't know why just because my Father told me to learn that.

FallingPetals, I don't know why but whenever I think of leaving something for good it makes me sad. Especially when one gets help from somewhere. No doubt it would be on good terms. I talk to you people and others here that makes me attached to it in someway. I will help out other people even if I reach a place where lm stronger and more confident.
At last there are people here who come here to get help unlike other social platforms.
I have engaged in conversation like I did here on NoFap like helping each other. Maybe Allah liked my passion to help others that He granted me betterment at this time. It depends upon priorities and purpose that where you stay and from where one leaves.

stay strong at every platform your brothers have eyes on you so that you stay as much safe as you should be. Always stay proud and fearless. Live long.
Do you need any help OR any issue feel free to reach.
I was at job so it got late...

Waking up early seems like a very hard thing to do. And then engaging in exercise and other stuff like the study is rather boring and makes us feel more down.
Today I just reflected upon the situation that sometimes a perosn can think out of the box in such a way as to go out of home and have a round of the areas around and getting engaged in activities other than using mobile phone that would make us feel active and somewhat new than we are used to do since a long time.
I have witnessed one thing in myself and that is very dangerous that I stick to a wrong behaviour and never try to do some other way, something that could have led me to improvement, something everyone wants. Just like going out one day on a walk instead of againg getting asleep.
What phenomenon actually works here is just like what I'm doing right now... like I'm writing ideas and thoughtful statements in English language that usually I'm not used to. I'm not saying it is that difficult, but im just saying that I could not have been able to put ideas that effectively into another language if I had not joined a platform to address and express.
So sometimes, just a stance, a little initiative leads to efficiency and encouragement. That was less likely or hard to happen otherwise.
Now... feeling lazy to go out, but I think I must fulfil the commitment.

    We are so miserable!
We are just counting our days and aging without any pause without any delay...
But truth has a power that grants clarity and purity of thought. Truth is, this world is made to get to an end, life is temporary and every soul is subjected to follow the lifestyle revealed by Allah Almighty. And yes, expecting less from this world and more from the afterworld is an actual way to expect. Sabr/patience is the ultimate tool to help us successfully go through life and miseries. Challenges and test from Allah are in every part of our lives. But Tawakkal is also addressed to be practised in life. Dr. IQBAL said,
کی محمد ﷺ سے وفا تو نے تو ہم تیرے ہیں
یہ جہاں چیز ہے کیا لوہ و قلم تیرے ہیں
Our holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ spent his life struggling with difficulties and challenges and set an ideal example for the rest of humanity that this is the way we are gonna live our lives. He ﷺ did a lot of patience. He ﷺ struggled a lot. May we also strive to develop our character in accordance with the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). ﷺ
    آمین
And yes what you have done so far for a good cause matters, matters a lot more than we know. Because Allah knows everything. He will grant us the best for our long or short-term struggle in this world and the Afterworld.
    انشاءالله
    فی امان اللہ
Never do stress and tension about this world instead stay happy and encouraged. If one believes in Islam there is nothing left to stress about but yes our effort for good change should be there and the rest is upon Allah.

Emotions! Respected people from around the world *"I wanna say Emotions are something that makes us weak!"

Overthinking has eaten my brain. But I'll resist no doubt I do resist. Even my grandparents were hanged in the streets of Dehli by the british Raj, because they resisted!
I'll resist against my Emotions. Sounds similar, i dont think so... I think Im having a weaker foe...No!! This one affects more!

Sympathy, love, lust and fear etc Are the Emotions im talking about by the way.
    Take care.

Namaz is all about focus and that it matters in other aspects of life as well.
My job has put an end to my life long rhythm of extreme drowsiness in the afternoon which I used to feel since school days. Time changes everything and responsibilities changes our fragile charm into struggle. Ahh...BTW...That's life...
