No more PJ day

Tbh idk if this is the right thread but I have a tip for those trying to PMO and that is no more PJ day. If you stay in your nightclothes for half of the day you are going to feel more lazy, bored and will feel more of a need to masturbate but if you make sure you are properly dressed (doesn't have to be suit and tie but at least passable) then you won't feel the need nearly as much as you will feel as if you are at as school or work or in public and it helps a lot. Even just with jeans and a shirt!
