Just relapsed. It is the last day of the year so I feel bad that I couldn't end the year strong. This time I had eliminated all the triggers but I intentionally and consciously decided to watch porn. Anyways, I am taking this as a new year resolution now. I WILL NOT PMO IN 2021. That is my number 1 goal for the year. I will take a few more steps too. One thing is, I will come hear daily to write my progress, at least for a month, so that I do not lose sight of the goal. It will also motivate me a lot. For now my goal is 30 days. If I can do that then I will set further goals. I will also give at least 15 minutes of my day to reading stuff about porn addiction. Also, I will keep myself busy with studies and other important stuff because my greatest trigger is not having anything meaningful to do. Day 1

Didn't want to come here since I wasn't having any urges but then decided to come just to fulfil the promise I had made to myself that I will come here daily. Now going to fulfil another promise by reading about porn addiction for 15 minutes.
