NoFap Flatline?

I am on Day 7 of my current streak. For the first 3-4 days I felt super energetic and motivated. However, the last two days I've felt kinda lazy and although I want to be productive, I'm finding it difficult.

I've heard about something called the NoFap flatline, where you apparently start to become less productive.

Is this true or just BS?

If true, how long does it last, and how can I push through and continue working?

Yeah man maybe. Ngl I was kinda depressed on days 6 and 7, feeling lonely and wishing for companionship. Yesterday I caught up with my good buddy and it felt great. I have the voices in my head telling me to release and go onto the sites again, but I haven't fed into them. Hoping I don't either.

 

What benefits have you personally noticed after retaining for over a year?

 

I started PMO 10 years ago this year, which come to think of it is just disturbing. I'm guessing that's pretty damn severe haha.
