NoFap Normal Mode 10months, will i ever be cured?

    I am going to make my story as short as I can, I will have my question in Bold at the end if you don't want to read all of it. I am 37 years old Male.
    I started internet porn when the 56k dialup modem was the only option in 1996, able to load 30 women in jeans pics in about 1 hour. I started collecting porn pics and vids from floppies to cd's to portable hardrives. I never watched the porn I collected just getting a high from doing it(Fap sessions). After discovering Yahoo Flickr groups(the devil of porn pics) it got worse where my sessions of looking at 8 tabs open and around 3000+ photos in 7 hours. It had taken over my life and I just went from porn to work home porn cycle. I had over 8 million pics and 300k videos. I was in a relationship but never married.
    Until 1st of March 2018 when I met my beautiful wife got married deleted all porn and haven't gone back to any porn site. I met the perfect woman I actually got grossed out by porn and even now I never want to see it.
    I never knew porn had an effect on my brain and when I quit cold turkey I had no idea what the hell was going on. It started off with insomnia and anxiety went to the doctors and they prescribed Valium 10mg, that helped until I built tolerance and stopped taking them. Then I tried alcohol to calm me down around June-Oct 2018 that didn't really work so I stopped as well, excersising and meditating everyday 1hr, I quit smoking 2months now, etc etc. My brain was fried until I came across Nofap on youtube and now reading the forums here. So I agreed with my wife to start 30days Hardmode, its now 6 days and I feel like my brain is repairing, I have energy, I don't have anxiety anymore, I sleep better. I know about Grey matter in the brain and neuroplasticity and effects on the brain from porn so I have a couple questions.
    Are my dopamine receptors, Gaba receptors going to repair themselves eventually?
    Is the Grey matter brain effects going to be reversible?
    I cant be on hard mode for very long since we are trying for a baby, is 30days enough and then I go on smaller 7 day ones after?

    I didn't do hard mode, just a no porn and no masturbation normal mode. I'll always be vigilant, I know porn could easily take a hold of my life again, but I do feel free from it's lure at the moment. That took me a long time, looking back through my journal it is not until about day 600 that I report having zero urge to use pornography. I'm older than you though, I'm 53, that may be a factor. Anyway, good luck.

    Mental ability isn't repaired Completely yeah it got bit better though.3 years of addiction PMO.So yeah it's going to take big time

    I don't have a problem with ED or erections, I can last 1hrs plus with my wife. But thanks for the info it may help others reading this post.
