    What would be the rules I have to follow in order to recover from low dopamine - induced Depersonalization, Anhedonia, Low Libido, Lack of motivation and Loss of interests & Emotions? Like tbh I can't even feel music anymore.

    What are the golden rules to dopamine recovery with nofap?

    Start training your nervous system with cold showers. Tough it out with your breathing and override your diaphragm getting locked up from the shock of the cold. Easy way to get over it is pull your shoulders down on your ribs, rhythmically breathe deep in your gut then chest, see how long you can last before you step out.

    Repeat a few times then rinse off with warm (not hot) water.

    The cold wakes up your CNS and (I believe) helps with resensitizing (every) receptor class associated with sensation and perception.

    I relied heavily on ice baths, cold showers, and contrast showers to speed up post-session recovery when I was training for strength sports. Testosterone, growth hormone, thyroxine production had gone up. Insulin sensitivity had gone up, too. Straight up, it's a cheat code to resensitizing the dopamine (and its dependent pathways) much faster.
