I have been failing miserably after a good streak, it's been 12 times in 5 days. I feel hopeless and not sure if i could do it.
Please suggest what should i do as i'm feeling helpless, it's gone totally out of control.

Most activity is in the evening. And this is a forum do not a lot of instant messaging.

    Why are you failing?
Are you spending time on your device? Unless you need to be on, turn it off.
What are you doing to replace PMO that's healthy? Working out? Eating right? Going outside?
Do you have a none-digital hobby to occupy your time?
Are you solely relying on willpower, b//c that never works. You need a good routine, a schedule and regular habits.

Unfortunately due to the nature of my job i've to be stuck with my device.
However rather than upgrading my skills, i just finish my work haphazardly and get back to my trap i.e. fetish.
I'm working on my diet and started exercising since last week of my last streak, but relapse turn everything upside down.
I ran some distance today, next day i fapped during afternoon when no calls are scheduled in between.

Definitely install porn blockers/content filtering--first line of defense.

Find something to do between calls. Maybe work training/certification to make you better at your job.

    Read books.
    Draw or write.
    Do pushups
    Clean
    Check financials
    Plan an invasion
    Cook

Literally thousands of things you can do. Make a list, keep it on you and pick something between calls.

Hey man, I have been there. I got really good at doing push-ups and situps. You have to fully commit 100% in your heart that you want to change and make a difference in your life. Find an AP that you could message when you get those feelings. If you need an accountability partner feel free to DM me.

I'm going to suggest meditation, not just to abstain from porn per se, but as you get into a greater habit of meditation you'll start to learn and become more aware of your mistakes and why they're happening. The "what should I do?" question begins to answer itself and you learn how to adjust your behavior and what works for you.

  10. I have a minimal routine, and not very good at all--i.e. I have way too much unscheduled time available for activities at my leisure. My sleep habits are completely irregular--often sleeping in the day and up half of the night. Yet here I am, four months and counting, on total semen retention--haven't even had a wet dream (and I've wished for such). For me, I guess, it's been mostly about willpower; although it's been partly about diet. I've been careful to avoid a stimulating diet; one that would arouse the passions. But the major step to victory is to shun even the first thought of M. If I don't allow myself to even consider doing it, it's pretty hard to actually do it. It's simply not an option. Reminds me of that famous line in Apollo 13 where Gene Kranz, the station commander, is quoted as saying, "Failure is not an option!"

I believe willpower is often underestimated. Where willpower fails is by having allowed the mind to fantasize its course--after which the follow-through becomes virtually inevitable. Willpower must control the thoughts, after which the body will naturally be forced to come into line.

I agree that willpower is powerful but it is a finite resource. We often assume people have tremendous will when they accomplish great things but more often than not they have dedication, a solid routine and stay focused by working towards their goal each day.
