    Am I the only one who thinks orgasm is the worst part of P.M.O?!
    I was an addict for 20 years! Most of the times I didn't watch porn and was content with my thoughts. In the last years before the detox I suffered from severe and terrible symptoms such as depression, brain fog, headaches, nerve pain, lack of motivation and many other severe symptoms. The porn was not a necessary part of my addiction, but the orgasm was!
    I reached situations of 15 times a day. Why is porn always talked about as the most harmful factor? I think the orgasm is the really disruptive part.

    The thing is that masturbation and porn themselves both lead you to having an orgasm.
    If you want to quit having an orgasm, at least temporarily, stopping to watch porn is the most crucial part of realising it.

    • Porn causes neurochemical changes to the brain that are difficult to reverse

    O is our dopamine spiked. A spike in dopamine is followed by a drop below its baseline level, which leads to depression and low energy afterwards.

    Spiking of dopamine isn’t the problem. The ejaculation burns out the nervous system which is then forced to gradually recover and return to homeostasis.
