Hey Nofapstronauts, Past monday I had ended my first ever streak. I lasted 3 weeks. Although I binged a bit, i am definitly seeing progress. Before my relapse, I've had a wet dream, a full week of morning wood and spontaneous erections! I am sad that i didnt have the strength to keep going, but i am also motivated because i really feel like i can do this. What i'm trying to say is, relapses sometimes happen (I'm not approving them). Pick yourself up, look at the positive effects nofap has had, and plan for the next urge. Keep going, keep strong <3
