I am currently on day 16 or 17 i have to check, anyways, i feel great and i have the normal urges from time to time but ive been able to handle them well. Its just this weekend i came across some images that really messed me up and then just an hour or so ago on the Apple news i came across a article about porn and there were some triggering images om there too and i found myself scrolling through it hut then closed it and put my phone down. I ddint relapse, i got the normal urges to do so, but i got by. However i feel like crap and guilty... but what i wanna ask you guys who have done it for a good while: •When did you start to notice temptation getting easier to handle or even not happening so often or at all? •When did you notice you started getting more attracted to actual gurls, despite them not being everyrhing you always watched in porn? •And honestly, everyone is different so if there has been any benefit to your reboot, tell me and tell me when you started feelig this way or notice it I really want to get over this as fast as i can and be to the point where i know i can handle myself 100% and that im not even tempted or find myself looking at triggers or peek at them wheneve i accidently come across them.
