  1. Today I relapsed after abstaining myself from porn and masturbation for 18 days. And believe me the feelings after relapse sucks a lot , but It's okay.
I found that it's loneliness that triggers me to watch porn as I am living alone with no one to hangout with me.
I am back again on this amazing platform to fight against this addiction. And this time in a more effective manner. I will write a daily journal here to motivate myself as well as others . This will boost my confidence and give me strength to fight with addiction.
This is first time ever in my life (I am 22 years old) that I abstain myself from PMO for 18 days since I started doing it.
    Cheers .
Feel free to add me and send me messages, I need your support to fight with loneliness and addiction.
    Thanks

Living alone while trying to do this must be extremely difficult. Any time you get an urge, replace the old behaviour with something new, even if it's as simple as making a post on here. Find other things you like to do - especially if it means you get out of the house. I've been playing tennis regularly with a friend even though neither of us are particularly good - we just enjoy it. I've also tried a bit of gardening, been doing some reading and watching new TV shows. Make a list of your favourite hobbies and include ones you've always wanted to try but have never found time for. Good luck!

Keep going strong but to be honest you shouldn't congratulate people for relapsing , a couple of relapses in most cases is no big deal but when's people get stuck in a relapse cycle and dive deeper down the rabbit hole with withdrawal symptoms getting worse and worse each relapse that's definitely not a new beginning.
