RESPOND IF CAN (SENSITIVITY)

Hello this keep happening to me and I need to talk to someone about this I tried to find anywhere if someone else experienced what I'm feeling, so when I'm doing something like gaming, movie, or watching something horror or arguing with someone or in a fight that scares me, my ding dong has a tingling pleasure for 1 second then goes away and it keeps happening I don't know what is causing this its been happening since day 1 I'm afraid it is taking my benefits away please let me know asap.
