same/boring/mundane

i have started having erections like i used to before i.e without using porn and artificial stimuli and i had an internal reflection today,i.e,it's all the same.porn,sex,masturbation,it's all the same individually,none of these change,it's the same mechanism of over stimulation and needlessly rewarding our brain,training it to be lazy and retarded as a mule.sex is sacred,i say this not because i pray sex or anything but i have come to a realization that watching porn is a very stupid act on a practical level,i feel really dumb to think that i have watched 2 people(whom i don't even know personally or otherwise) and released my semen to it, something that takes significant time to build in a significant quantity.
i pity the brain's mechanism sometimes as to how it can't distinguish between HAVING SEX and WATCHING SEX ON A SCREEN
