    Hello everyone,i have one question.

I started nofap again after 1 relapse(22 days nofap) and now im day 3.i wanted to know that is reading about sex and learning counted as relapse?

I dont mean porn pics/movies or horny story or something.i mean reading about currect ways to do a licking or handjob or love play with a girl.i mean i get an erection but i know im not going to relapse

I have alot of control on myself

I wanted to know that is this counted as a relapse?

If you are doing this on purpose then it is a relapse. You seek out for unnatural materials that arouses you. But everyone has their own view so idk

It's unhealthy behaviour that will eventually lead to masturbation. Knock it off.

If you have a sexual partner, and you are reading in order to better yourself for them, then it could be a positive activity. If you don't, then it's porn substitute. Stop trying to cheat!

I am not sure if it is a relapse but please avoid reading or watching anything related to that. Atleast for 90 days.

  6. Our problem isn't an addiction to porn in itself, but rather an addiction to arousal
If you are doing that to learn, then okay, but if you're doing it to arouse yourself then you should stop if you want to recover
Be honest with yourself and don't let your mind delude you
