Instagram content is merely a reflection of the minds of its users, obviously. As is social media in general. There are bountiful communities on it that are immensely positive and non-egoistic. This is not a one-sided argument type thread. This is more of what social media is doing to the masses not the minority of individuals who actually reap benefit from it or use it for professional and work related purposes.

I think social media is one of the most beautiful things in the world when used skillfully.

At the same time I think it's one of the worst things in the world when used unskillfully and is utterly wreaking havoc on a ton of people in all kinds of ways.

 

Social media can be downright medicinal.

Perhaps it can be poisonous.

This is quite obvious.

There is no limit to understanding.

I think I know it all perhaps in regards to the reality of social media.

And yet tomorrow may bring a revelation, either within myself or outwardly in some article I stumble upon.
