Sundays

Stay busy. You can relax by doing so many different things. Go for a walk, play some video games, watch your favourite show. Basically anything to keep your mind occupied so It does not wonder to porn .

 

I agree with this. Saturdays and Sundays are difficult if you dont have some sort of daily routine. TBH the last few months have been rough because i wouldnt properly create a weekend routines. Im in the process of it now. Also staying up late will mess you up bad. Youll be so tired that you ignore your routines and give way to urges. I try having something planned for each hour

 

How about some goal setting, or family time instead? Sitting down watching TV is not the best plan. Setting goals regarding how much you want to earn: Perhaps $100,000 in 2018, or $1,000,000 by 2020, etc., and then getting down to business, would be better than watching TV. Although ideally you want to be doing that Monday to Saturday. Sunday then should be family time, if you have family or friends to spend it with. Our ancestors surely spent Sundays socializing, not watching TV.

 

Start a new hobby like archery, building models etc. Learn a new skill or what ever.
