yesterday was so hard that I almost went to open incognito tab, then immediately I switched off both mobile and tablet.

Yesterday, it was somewhat on the easier side. urges hit me at 6pm IST when I was in the study hall, then I immediately
closed everything and went out for a long walk.

I decided to start exercise.(basic exercises only including jump rope(count 100)) .

yesterday was easy no urge but today morning I had a sensual dream.
possibly my body is adjusting itself for the conditions.

I am eating healthy and started exercise, meditation from yesterday.
so day 2 of exercise and meditation it is.

only 5 more days to become spartan Trainee
