@Kratos_GOW Day 1 will commence at half 12 for me! I posted a thread yesterday but I didn't tag you, off to the gym and to keep myself busy for today, had a recent slip from 27 days but got back on the horse as fast as possible, could use some tips on how to handle the weak moment and prepare for them!

I have also been wondering what methods other people use to fight urges and win the battle?
Here are a few things I do that have helped:
- Ending a shower with cold water only
- Limiting time on phone and devices
- Going outside and doing something e.g walking, digging and building stuff.
- Reading a book on something im interested in (knife making atm)
I also had an experience a few months ago that made me realise that sexual energy is just a form of energy and you can train yourself you can direct that energy into anything you do e.g exercise, creativity or mental.

I agree with @Baz-9 . Sexual energy is in essence simple energy, the "problem" to call it in that way, is that you're not conscious of that simple part, so you think calm sexual desire just reach with sexual activity, or whatever it seems like (porn, jerk off, have sex, etc.). But ones you find out sexual energy is just energy you can redirect it in your way, with your own will. That's the magic I guess, cause if you realized that you are able to make something different to achieving that "discharge", you would rather do something different than spend your day in front of a computer watching fake bodies, fake people, fake situations. Porn is just a performance, nothing is real and so it will your life if you let it take you over.

We need an emergency plan for the weak moments becouse they will come , no matter what day we are on.
1 . never ever edge , or search P or p-subs or fantasize. Maybe you will manage to not do O for days , even weeks , but it will happen . And you will loose valuable time pleasuring yourself .
2 . If you have urge before sleep , then dress and make a walk . Think for the situation you are in . Dont give in . Repeat pmo is not an option . Play video game or watch a movie . Delay pleasuring yourself until you are sleepy and go sleep. You will feel you won in the morning.
3. Start a notebook with knowlege about pmo . Write down everything you find interesting on the forums , some answers and how to fight successfully. Read it often and motivate yourself . It wouldnt happen without motivation.

Thank you for the tips they are really useful, I will write it out in my notebook and make plans for the weak moments I notice whenever I slip it tends to be just before bed so I need to get into the habit of only going to bed when I'm ready to sleep

Sorry my brothers, i am not around lately, there is a very important test coming up and due to that i am not able to do anything else in my schedule, this one can potentially get me a govt job so i am putting my time there.
