Yesterday was frusturating. I got a new phone and set up filters to protect myself, but found a loophole and went right on through almost without a second thought. Its so sad that I am at this point. But the shame isn't useful, gotta focus this guilty energy to something productive like willpower and faith. Will keep at it.
